There has always been a concern regarding who is responsible for property of crew and customers while that property is stored on the rental house premises. Specifically, which party is responsible for the risk of loss should the property be damaged or stolen. PERG is offering a condensed and an expanded version of two different equipment storage agreements for download. One agreement states that the crew member is responsible for insuring their own property while on your premises. The other agreement has the equipment rental company agreeing to insure the crew gear while on the rental house premises..
